ISVG envisions a world in which knowledge and experience accumulated through Scouting, professional life, education, leadership and community service continue to benefit future generations. By connecting experienced Scout leaders, active and retired professionals, specialists, educators, volunteers and emerging generations, ISVG seeks to create an international culture of lifelong learning, responsible leadership and service.
The vision builds upon ISVG's original aspiration to encourage Scout volunteers to become agents of change locally, nationally and internationally, while broadening the platform so that knowledge and experience from diverse professional and social backgrounds can also contribute to community development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
