In 2020, as restrictions kept people at home, adult Scout leaders from Canada, Thailand, the United States, Serbia, Tunisia, Egypt and Japan began exchanging knowledge across borders. The network was institutionalised in Toronto in January 2021; by December 2023 it had participation from 73 countries.
