ISVG's international network brings together people from different countries, cultures, languages, professions and life experiences.

Cultural exchange provides an opportunity for members to understand these differences while discovering the values and aspirations they share. ISVG encourages respectful interaction that promotes friendship, mutual understanding and appreciation of cultural heritage.

Activities may include international dialogues, cultural presentations, educational exchanges, online interactions, country-to-country programmes, storytelling, traditional knowledge sharing and participation in appropriate international events.

ISVG also recognises the important role of experienced members in preserving cultural knowledge, traditions and lived experience that may otherwise gradually disappear between generations. Sharing such knowledge with younger people can contribute to both cultural continuity and mutual understanding.
