Everyone representing ISVG should act honestly and ethically, respect the dignity and rights of others, use organisational responsibilities responsibly, avoid misuse of position or authority, protect confidential information, respect cultural and professional differences, and conduct themselves in a manner that maintains public trust in ISVG.
ISVG does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, exploitation, abuse, intimidation, corruption, misuse of organisational resources or conduct that seriously damages the integrity or reputation of the organisation.
Individuals holding leadership or administrative responsibilities have an additional duty to exercise their authority fairly, transparently and in accordance with the Constitution and approved policies of ISVG.
A comprehensive ISVG Code of Ethics & Conduct will provide detailed standards, reporting arrangements and procedures applicable across the organisation.
