World Council

The ISVG World Council is the principal global council within ISVG's constitutional governance structure. It brings together senior international leadership and ex-officio representation to provide organisation-wide direction and oversight.

Under the Constitution, the World Council includes the Patron, Founder President/Chairman, founding Vice Presidents, General Secretary, General Treasurer, General Director, General Commissioner, General Commissioners responsible for designated functions, Regional Chief Commissioners and applicable ex-officio members.

The World Council provides a forum through which major organisational matters can be considered at the international level. Its composition also connects central leadership with ISVG's regional structure, helping ensure that the development of the organisation across different parts of the world remains connected to its common purpose and governance framework.

As ISVG continues to expand, the World Council has an important role in maintaining institutional continuity, supporting strategic direction and strengthening coordination across the global network.
