ISVG's governance framework separates global strategic leadership, organisational management, disciplinary oversight, regional coordination and country-level implementation.
ISVG's governance framework separates global strategic leadership, organisational management, disciplinary oversight, regional coordination and country-level implementation.
The World Council represents the organisation's highest international council within the structure established by the Constitution. The Central Management Council provides the next management hierarchy and supports the effective administration and coordination of ISVG. Regional and Country Management structures extend the organisation's governance and operational network geographically.
The Supreme Disciplinary Council has a distinct function within this framework. It is established to consider disciplinary matters and is intended under the Constitution to perform its assigned responsibilities independently from interference.
This governance model is intended to maintain organisational accountability while allowing leadership and programmes to operate across different geographical levels.
The International Scout Volunteer Group is an international volunteer, knowledge-sharing and community service network inspired by the values of Scouting.
