The ISVG Constitution establishes the fundamental governance framework of the International Scout Volunteer Group. It defines the organisation's objectives, organisational structure, leadership arrangements, membership framework, management responsibilities, meetings, elections, financial administration and other institutional provisions.
The Constitution serves as the principal governing document of ISVG. All organisational structures, policies, guidelines and administrative practices should operate consistently with the Constitution and applicable legal requirements.
